Still experimenting with various formats for the weekly schedule… this week, since I’m loving Google Calendar for meal planning and family scheduling, I thought I’d give it a try for schooling. Except it turns out there is really no good way to export entries to any other form… drat! Anyhow, it’s very bare-bones, but here it goes!

Hey thanks for coming by. We're actually getting away from fake meats a lot lately. I've been doing chickpeas and lentil and rice "ground beef" mix that really isn't "fake meat" more a good substitution. Today's recipe is a chickpea, cauliflower and kale curry. I'm sure you'd find plenty in the not fake meat category to try. Like chickpea patties, maybe? Good luck in your food adventures!
