I told Ted I could cook for Shabbos entirely on my own without terrorizing my entire family into tears. Not entirely sure I can.

Lunch:
ChallahCholentBlintz “soufflé”– one of those creamy casseroles with blueberry blintzes baked insideSteamed Broccoli salad– still have to prep, cut, steam brocSalmon loaf(almond milk so it’s pareve)- Cheese slices

Desserts:
Brownies from scratch(based on these)- Something else, less chocolatey – but what??? An easy lemon cake? Aha!
Raspberry “Poke Cake”– garnished with whipped coconut milk?
Candlelighting: 4:39 pm – just over an hour to go – eeeeeeek!!!
